Anyone involved in the recycling and co- processing of plastic of any type or multilayered plastic packaging is eligible to become a member to sell plastic credit certificates and thereby help brands offset their obligations under the plastic waste management Act (2016). Urban local bodies are the authority who create and establish the necessary infrastructure for the collection, processing, transportation, storage, and disposal of plastic waste, either alone or with the help of other organizations or manufacturers.Ecoex can assist ULBs’ to sell their collection of all types of plastic waste, recyclable & Non-recyclable to the registered members of Ecoex portal. The Portal also facilitates a robust audit framework as per public procurement policy, set by Govt. of India.

Waste management agency helps inthe collection, storage, transportation reduction, re-use, recovery, recycling, composting or disposal of plastic waste in an environmentally sound manner and are eligible to become our member and help minimizing the plastic waste by recycling, disposing and by many more methods and we can help connect with the brands to fulfill their EPR target. WMAs’ are encouraged to post their requirements, which automatically sent to right recyclers to quote and the whole in-built procure to pay module will keep all auditable logs for future audits
